Purity™ Flash Cartridges are superior because they are packed with Premium Rf™ Silica Gel. The porosity is 60A, particle distribution is 20-45um, bed mass is 12g, and quantity is 18/pk. Sorbtech's packing technique & Premium Rf's narrow particle distribution results in a uniform packed bed. The benefits are no channeling, higher resolution, decrease in backpressure, faster flow, and faster run time. Additionally, the small pore volume allows for more silica gel per column volume leading to greater loadability and less solvent use. Finally, the high purity silica gel (minimal surface metals) reduces mixed-mode interactions (no peak tailing or resolution loss). The polypropylene cartridge has standard luer-lock end fittings and is spin-welded (leak-free) allowing higher pressures up to 400 psi. The cartridges are compatible with all flash chromatography systems.

Biotage DLV (Dry Load Vessel) systems provide a convenient in-line means for introducing samples. With maximum flexibility, users place the needed amount of adsorbent inside the DLV and then attach to any Biotage Sfar column or flash chromatography column with luer fittings. Biotage DLVs work well on Biotage Sfar Duo columns when larger quantities of sorbant material are needed.Come in a pack of 20 with 20 frits.
